SCA Hygiene Products, Venev, Russian Federation

SCA Hygiene Products builds a new plant at Venev, Russian Federation. Parallel to installation of the new production lines runs the process of training and development of newly hired employees.

Management Systems provides training of TBWS (Team Based Working System) principles in Russian language to all employees. TBWS is one of the pillars of Operational Excellence strategy of SCA’s Hygiene Products Division. TBWS training is an intensive 5-days program. It is aimed at unifying the way of working and at supporting the development of the newly formed plant culture.

TBWS training is followed by production simulation program that is focused on applying team-based working system principles. Participants improve production process and solve problems with the goal to improve performance results and achieve planned targets. They practice goals setting, action planning, problems identifying and problem solving, systematic improvement process, leading teams and working within the team.

Over one hundred employees have participated at the training programs so far. One part of our mission is to train the internal trainers who will gradually take over full responsibility for the trainings.
